The Pax Elessar of Aragorn II prevails over Middle-earth. Umbar and the remaining Southlands have dispatched embassies with vows of peace. Dunland’s chieftains have laid down their arms; orcs and other foul creatures seem to be everywhere subdued.
Meanwhile, the elves continue their solemn procession toward the Undying Lands. Even the dwarves have receded, rarely seen now outside their glittering mines and caverns. Truly the world-tide has turned to the dominion of Men.
