Water Works Be the first player to complete your own "pipeline" from valve to spout by connecting enough pipe cards in between. But beware - your opponents are building their own pipelines and will be delighted to ruin your best laid plans by springing "leaks" on your pipeline. You'll have to repair those pipes or make detours. Call for the plumber (Mister Monopoly)! Complete your pipeline first and you win!
