No Risk, No Tower! is a fast-paced dueling card game. Consider wisely, make an offer to your opponent and face the consequences of your risky choices. If you have a tower with exactly the right size (one tower of cards that sum up to 21), you will win the round. Whoever wins two rounds first, wins the game!
