Dungeon Dilemma is a chaotic co-op dungeon crawler for 2–6 players, where a team of ill-prepared, overly confident misfit heroes dives into an ever-changing dungeon full of traps, monsters, loot — and utter mayhem. Their goal? Defeat the dreaded demon lord Zarlosh… or at least survive long enough to regret their life choices. At the heart of the game lies the WÜRFELINATOR – a cursed group die that determines your fate after every battle. Will you gain bonus loot, suffer unexpected damage, or trigger a random shopping spree? The result affects everyone — and no one is safe. Each dungeon level is built from modular layout cards, hiding dangerous encounters, treasures, and vital clues about the final boss. Combat is resolved using dice, attack stats, and unique hero abilities. Players must work together to survive increasingly powerful enemies, but chaos is never far: exploding potions, cursed loot, and talking treasure chests are just part of the experience. Between dungeon levels, you'll trade with the shady merchant Grollbart, spend gold, and gamble on new die faces to power up the WÜRFELINATOR — for better or worse. The ultimate objective? Defeat Zarlosh and escape the dungeon in one piece — or at least with more loot than your teammates. Glory, riches, and disaster await. Probably in that order. —description from the designer
