In Doomsday, players take on the roles of the last inhabitants of the island kingdom of Atlantis. Earthquakes are ravaging the island and large chunks of it keep falling into the sea! You have to keep moving each round, trying to find the safest space on the island. Those who choose unwisely will fall into the sea and be lost forever! All is not lost, however. Boreas, the wind god, has taken pity on the doomed Atlanteans and has pledged to save the most worthy of you. Whoever can survive to the end will be swept up by Boreas and carried to safety. Do you have what it takes to outsmart your opponents and live to tell the tale? Doomsday is a card game that integrates with a mobile app to create a fun, light-hearted party game. It is a social-deduction game of bluffing, persuasion, back stabbing and reading your opponents. Each round, players simultaneously select a location card from their hand to travel to. If too many people travel to the same location, the mobile app will eliminate some of them. Location cards have special abilities that may modify the usual flow of the game, but play will continue until there are two players left who face off in a showdown.
