Otter Chaos is the third game in our Otterverse. A terrible storm has destroyed the otter den, and the fractious otters can’t agree on a new home. Convince the other otters that your favorite environment is the best choice to avoid otter chaos! Play and compare otters to stack the final vote in your favor. Outscore your opponent on the chosen environment to win! Each round, both players play an otter and directly compare them. Otters are valued by color and rank. The winner adds a card to the center. At the end of the game, the center cards determine which environment the otters pick. If you have the highest number of stars in that environment, you win!
